Bullying is not a good expression. That expression will make someone gets hurt from other people. People try to bully another person who don't have good education. Because teachers always teach students that should not make fun of somebody. Everybody have to build a great relationship to each other. Nobody wants to get hurt because of their color skins, their smart or how their family are...
That is not fair to anyone who is bullied. He or She is also like us. Don't think they are scared at you because they just don't want to get trouble. May be they are nice but it is not mean that they can't react some people who bully them. They also are human like everybody. They can feel, can get upset, can cry when people bully them but they can't do anything to against. If you put you in that situation, you will be like them. Nobody wants it.
Try to become a wonderful friend to each other. Don't bully another person who you don't like. Be nice and honest then you will get a great relationship that you aren't ever think. Do good things and avoid bad things in the world.
